Jonathan D. Skirving
As principal advisor, Jonathan brings over 20 years of professional experience and passion to his clients. This includes various leadership, financial, business development and strategic positions at a number of Canada’s leading corporate institutions including the Royal Bank of Canada, Manulife Financial, Sodexo International, and Caldwell Securities. As a bank leader, he arranged lending and equity financing for companies in the range of $1M-$100M+.
He has assisted several companies through the fundraising and go public process as a banker, inside executive, investor, as well as board member. He also helped build and lead a number of small and medium business ventures in the Cleantech, Software, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Mining and Distribution sectors across Canada.
